Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to every order placed through the 3Display website. They sit alongside (and, for actual purchases, take priority over) the general Terms of Use.

1. Who you're buying from

2. Custom, made-to-order products — no standard returns

Every product is built to your own design (your route, chosen colours, frame, title, and layout). Under EU consumer law, custom/ personalised goods are excluded from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. By placing an order you ask us to begin production immediately and you accept that you cannot cancel once production has started. Full detail: Right of Withdrawal. This does not reduce your legal guarantee of conformity below.

3. Placing an order

You design your tile in our configurator, review the price and your order details, confirm you accept these terms and the withdrawal notice above, and pay. Your order is a binding offer to buy; the contract is formed once payment is confirmed and we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline an order (for example, if a design can't physically be produced) — if we do, any payment is refunded in full.

4. Prices & payment

All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT — the VAT rate and amount that applies to your order (which depends on your delivery country and our VAT registration status) is shown before you pay, and again on your order confirmation and invoice. Delivery to any of our supported countries is included in the price shown — see our Shipping page. Payments are processed by Mollie; we never see or store your card details.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe shown at checkout. Delivery times and destinations are detailed on our Shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you once they're delivered to the address you provided.

6. Legal guarantee of conformity

As a consumer, you're entitled to the statutory 2-year legal guarantee that goods conform to the contract (Belgian Code de droit économique, Book VI). If your tile arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us at hello@3display-prints.com with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as appropriate.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Belgian law (for example, for death, personal injury, or fraud). Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

8. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If we can't resolve a complaint directly, you can bring it to the Consumentenombudsdienst / Service de médiation pour le consommateur (Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8, bte 1, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgium), or to the competent Belgian courts.
