Privacy Policy

3Display ("we", "us") is a pre-registration project based in Belgium, preparing to sell custom 3D-printed route tiles. We are not yet a registered company — a Belgian sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registration is planned before launch, and our KBO/VAT number will be added here once it exists. Until then, the person responsible for the data described below can be reached at emile.waumans@gmail.com.

What we collect

If you use the "notify me" form on our coming-soon page, we collect your email address (required) and phone number (optional). If you submit a custom design request, we also collect your name and a description of what you're asking for. We don't use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies, so we don't collect anything beyond what you type into these forms.

Why we collect it, and on what legal basis

• To notify you when the shop launches — based on your consent, given by submitting the form.
• To respond to a custom design request — based on your consent and on taking the steps you asked for before any contract exists.
• To send occasional updates or offers by email or text message — only if you separately ticked that box. This is based on your explicit, freely given consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site, each of which processes your data on our behalf:

• Supabase — database and account authentication.
• Resend — sends us an email notification when you submit a form.
• Google Sheets — we keep an internal spreadsheet of signups and requests for our own tracking, synced automatically via a Google service account.
• Vercel — hosts this website.
• Mollie — will process payments once the shop opens; not active yet.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, they do so under recognized safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep signup and request data until the shop launches and your request has been resolved, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or to stop using it for marketing. Email emile.waumans@gmail.com and we'll handle it manually (we don't yet have a self-service tool for this). You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données) if you believe we've mishandled your data.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie: a session cookie from Supabase, used only to keep you signed in if you create an account. It's strictly necessary for that feature to work, so we don't show a cookie banner for it. We don't currently use any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this page and ask for your consent first.
