Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of this website while it's in pre-launch. 3Display is a project in preparation, based in Belgium; we are not yet a registered company (a sole proprietorship/eenmanszaak registration is planned before launch). These terms will be replaced or supplemented by separate Terms & Conditions of Sale once the shop opens and you can actually place an order.

What this site is for right now

Right now this site lets you leave your details to be notified when we launch, or request a custom design conversation. It does not process payments and no purchase can currently be made through it.

Intellectual property

The design, layout, tile-generation software, and visuals on this site belong to us. You're welcome to browse and use the site as intended, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse the underlying code, tile designs, or content for your own commercial purposes without our permission.

Acceptable use

Please don't use this site to submit false information, attempt to access parts of it you're not authorized to use, or interfere with how it runs.

No liability for pre-launch changes

Because this is a pre-launch project, features, pricing, launch timing, and the site itself may change or be delayed without notice. We aren't liable for any loss arising from such changes or delays.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Belgium.
